Welcome to Truth and Twist. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Truth and Twist is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any misuse—including attempts to cheat, reverse engineer, or disrupt gameplay—is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a premium version available via an annual subscription through Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit2).

 

• Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple.

• We do not access, store, or process your payment data.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.

4. Multiplayer and Leaderboards

Multiplayer features and scoreboards are powered by Apple Game Center.

We do not store or control any Game Center data, including usernames, scores, or achievements. These are managed under Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

5. Advertising

Truth and Twist displays ads using Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect anonymized device data for personalized ads, depending on your device settings and permissions.

We do not directly collect or access any advertising-related data.

6. No Data Collection / No Backend

The App does not collect, track, or store any personal information.

It functions entirely on-device and does not rely on any external servers.

There is no user account system, login, or ban functionality.

7. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees regarding functionality, uptime, or compatibility with all devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

As the App has no account system, there is no server-based deactivation process.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or at www.truthandtwist.com/terms.
